Zesty Sauce
A creamy, tangy, and just-the-right-amount-of-spicy dipping sauce that doubles as a dressing.
1/2 cup
2 tsp
prepared horseradish
2 tsp
ketchup
1 tsp
white vinegar
1 tsp
yellow mustard
1/2 tsp
(scant) maple syrup
1 tsp
lemon juice
1/4 tsp
cayenne pepper
Dash
of salt
- Whisk all ingredients together until smooth.
- Cover and refrigerate to let the flavors meld.
Makes ~ 2/3 cup
