Kale, mushrooms, and garlic, quick dry-sauteed with no added seasoning.

The Mighty KMG (Kale, Mushrooms, and Garlic)
2 handfuls
kale, chopped (I use frozen)
2 handfuls
sliced button mushrooms (I use frozen)
1
scoop jarred garlic, minced or chopped (to your preference, about 2–3 tsp)
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add mushrooms then kale and cook for a few minutes.
  3. Add garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, for another 1–2 minutes.
  4. Cook until kale is tender, mushrooms and garlic are lightly cooked, and pan juices mostly evaporate.

 •  Cook: 5 mins  •  Total: 5 mins
