Rotisserie Seasoning

A familiar, rotisserie poultry-style seasoning blend for everyday savory cooking.

1/2 tsp
sweet paprika
1/4 tsp
granulated onion
1/4 tsp
granulated garlic
1/8 tsp
ground white pepper
1/2 tsp
dried parsley flakes
1 small pinch
dried thyme
1 tiny pinch
dried sage
3–4 cranks
ground black pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Stir well to evenly distribute the spices.
  3. Use immediately or store in a small jar with a tight-fitting lid.
