Whole roasted cauliflower glazed with maple and mustard.

Notes
Can also be traditionally steamed, large-pot shallow-water steamed or boiled about 6 minutes until tender-crisp.
Liquid smoke is optional; caramelized edges provide most of the flavor.
Hickory, pecan, or apple liquid smoke all work well if using.
Ingredients
1head cauliflower, leaves removed
1/4 cupmaple syrup
1 1/2 tbspdijon mustard
1 tbspold-style mustard or stoneground mustard
1/8 tspground black pepper
1/4 tsppaprika
1/4 tspliquid smoke (optional)
Instructions
Steam cauliflower on high pressure for 1 minute. Quick release.
Whisk maple syrup, mustards, black pepper, paprika, and liquid smoke if using.
Rub glaze evenly over the steamed cauliflower.
Air fry at 390°F for 30–40 minutes, rotating to brown all sides.
Alternatively, bake at 425°F, checking every 5 minutes starting at 20 minutes.
Use parchment or a silicone liner to prevent sticking.
