Homemade seasoned salt for everyday cooking.

House Seasoned Salt
3 tbsp
sea salt
1/2 tsp
dried thyme
1/2 tsp
marjoram
1/4 tsp
granulated onion
1/2 tsp
granulated garlic
1 tsp
paprika
1/8 tsp
curry powder
1 tsp
dry mustard
1/8 tsp
dill weed
1/4 tsp
celery salt (or a pinch of celery seeds)
  1. Add all ingredients to a small blender or spice grinder.
  2. Blend for 10–20 seconds until evenly mixed.
  3. Store in a glass jar at room temperature.

Based loosely on the seasoned salt blend by Diana Rattray, adjusted to be more boldly seasoned with less total salt. Keeps indefinitely when stored in a sealed glass jar.
