Dill & Garlic Baked Tofu
Perfectly herbed tofu cubes with dill, garlic, soy sauce, and a little tahini. Great warm or chilled.
16 oz
block extra-firm or firm tofu
1 1/2 tsp
tahini
2 tbsp
low sodium soy sauce
1/2 tsp
dried dill
Pinch
crushed red pepper
1/4 tsp
black pepper
2
cloves of minced garlic
- Rinse, dry, then cube the tofu.
- In a mixing bowl, combine tahini through garlic.
- Add tofu and gently fold with your hand or rubber spatula to coat.
- Spread on parchment in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry at 300°F for 15 mins, stirring after 10 minutes or so. Add 5-10 minutes of cook time for "firm" tofu.
- Enjoy warm, at room temperature, or chilled.

💡 An easy sub in oil-free cooking is swapping in Soom tahini for toasted or regular sesame oil.
