Jalapeño Horseradish Dip
1/2 cup
1/4 cup
2 1/2 tbsp
prepared horseradish

jalapeño, seeded and finely minced (3–4 tbsp)
1
garlic clove, microplaned
1/2 tsp
maple syrup
1/2 tsp
white vinegar
1/8 tsp
black pepper, finely ground
salt, to taste
  1. Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
  2. Whisk or stir until smooth and evenly combined.
  3. Taste and adjust salt as needed.
  4. Refrigerate briefly if desired to let flavors meld.
