jalapeño, seeded and finely minced (3–4 tbsp)

garlic clove, microplaned
1/2 tsp
maple syrup
1/2 tsp
white vinegar
1/8 tsp
black pepper, finely ground
salt, to taste
- Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl.
- Whisk or stir until smooth and evenly combined.
- Taste and adjust salt as needed.
- Refrigerate briefly if desired to let flavors meld.
