Notes from Craig

Designed as a blank-slate plant steak with minimal seasoning. Mimics the flavor profile of unseasoned, medium well-cooked beef. Ideal for recipes where you want full control over seasoning and sauces. Works well pressed, sliced, and further seasoned after cooking. This is not intended as a substitute for ground beef, but sliced and chopped steak.
